Getsu's Kanto Adventures

Hey guys, my name’s Kitten- it’s kinda a nickname. My real name is Cathrine. I’m Getsu’s cousin from Hoenn. I got a call from him a couple of days ago asking to get him a dragon scale for his horsea.

Turns out I can only steal them from other horseas.

So I’m out here with my Linoone and my Gardevoir trying to steal a Dragon Scale for my cousin, it might be a while though. They’re hard to find. Wish me luck! So far I’ve just been getting Sharpedos and Wailmers. And every horsea I find doesn’t have a scale to take.

I couldn’t help myself, I love Kingdra too much. Gimme a sec guys, I gotta friend who I think has the right tools to evolve this badboy.

The Safari Warden? Maybe he’s got some good tips for me on catching pokemon in the Safari Zone…

The fuck did I just agree to?

And with my mighty Great Rod, we’ve caught…. A derpy looking pink thing and Goldeen’s bigger, badder brother. We talked about the Goldeen line, but Slowpoke… It’s a water/psychic type, and a good one if you can put up with it being slow and less powerful than most other psychics. However, it doesn’t feel “pain” well and that makes it a might strong for it’s looks. I’d still prefer Starmie for all my water/psychic needs.

Fresh caught with our new good rod, Goldeen and Poliwag. Goldeen’s not one of my favorites, I just don’t like it’s move set  although Horn Drill can be fuckin’ devastating. Poliwag though… If you have the patience, it can grow into the Water-Fighting Poliwrath and fuck your shit up! I hear a gym leader in Johto uses it for bullshit…

Now we have the good rod, it’s not as awesome as the Great Rod, but it lets me catch different pokemon too. (Like with the good rod, I can catch a horsea and not just Gyarados and Krabby on route 12…) It is also FAR SUPERIOR to the old rod. Which only catches Magikarp.

F’ing magikarp as far as the eye can see…
